Some problems like job stress, unexpected losses, can be become so hard, that it starts affecting quality of life.

My Approach

I have an extensive background on all the major approaches your typical therapist will do, however, I also like to focus on getting down to the roots of a problem

Some therapists will provide a quick fix using Brief Therapy, especially providers who take insurance. The goal for many insurance companies is to get you in and out of therapy as quick as possible

Getting to the roots of your problem helps you not just overcome the difficult times you are facing now, but helps you prevent going down the same bad path ever again,
