Lillian Lai: $195 per session

Insurance

We only accept insurance that takes out-of-network providers. So, first check to see if you have an HMO or a PPO. If you have an HMO, we do no accept HMO's. If you have a PPO, then what we do is offer you a super bill. A Super Bill contains all the information your insurance company will need to begin the reimbursement process. So you would pay your therapist first, then your therapist will provide you with a Super Bill. After you sign this form and submit it to the insurance company, the insurance company is responsible for reimbursing you for whatever the portion of the fee your insurance coverage provides.
